From 2021 to 2023, I served as an Art Manager for Lendis, a Berlin-based startup offering a B2B software solution that facilitates remote work through a rental model for office furniture and hardware. As the Art Manager, I oversaw all design, visual content, and branding-related initiatives, not just for marketing but also for HR, Operations, Sales, and the Founders. During my tenure as the sole designer, I refined my project management skills and gained a profound understanding of customer needs, enabling me to translate requests from various departments into actionable design and content creation points. One of my most notable projects was the 2022 brand refresh. Upon joining, I noticed that the existing branding did not align with the company's evolving strategy. I conducted interviews with both customers and internal stakeholders to create a brand refresh that better reflected the company's identity. In addition to this project, I contributed to various other design and branding-related topics. As the leader of a significant Employer Branding campaign, I was responsible for creating company merchandise and coordinating with production companies, serving as the lead for organizing the entire project. Additionally, I played a key role as a primary contributor to various ad campaigns, providing not only images but also animations and high-quality video production. In 2022, I was one of the main contributors to our inaugural Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, involved not just in content creation but also in developing strategies for different accounts and setting up the user journey.
